See Wildwinds Carrhae page, BMC 5 cf for another of this reverse type incorrectly described as Dionyos; although recorded under Septimius Severus, the portrait appears to be that of Caracalla (same reverse die). Earthen red surfaces, obverse scrape. Good Fine. Extremely rare and unpublished.
